T-K-O Equipment Co. is an independent Texas construction and aggregate equipment dealer. T-K-O was founded by Marlin Smith in 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In its early days, T-K-O supplied equipment to coal mines in eastern Oklahoma and southern Kansas. Shortly thereafter, T-K-O moved home to the Lone Star State. T-K-O is headquartered in DFW and has a fully stocked branch office in New Braunfels.
